Protect top floor ceilings from monsoon rain seepage. We apply Dr. Fixit Raincoat Roofseal or SikaFill liquid rubber membrane embedded with fiber-mesh tissue. It reflects sunlight, reducing indoor ceiling temperatures by up to 5°C.
Our process
- 1Clean roof slab and repair rain drain slope
- 2Apply primer coat diluted 1:1 with clean water
- 3Lay non-woven glass fiber reinforcement mesh over corners and cracks
- 4Apply 2 coats of un-diluted elastomeric PU topcoat
